🕒 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 days.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to you.
🛑 Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
If your order is taking longer than expected or something seems off, we’ve got your back.

Tracking hasn’t updated in a few days? If it’s been 5+ days with no movement, let us know — we’ll take a look and help get it sorted.

Package marked delivered but not received? Reach out. We’ll investigate and offer a solution that feels fair.

Carrier lost your package or delivery failed? We’ll help file a claim and make things right.
While we can’t control carriers, we take full responsibility for making sure your experience is a good one.
🔁 Return to Sender / Invalid Address
If your order comes back to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

Missed delivery attempts

Refusal to accept the package
We’ll reach out to you when it arrives. We'll just need you to confirm the address and we'll ship it back out.
🌍 International Orders
We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by your country.
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers, but we’re happy to help if something goes wrong along the way.
